SEVEN 35

In the context of a stacked townhome building form, this 60-unit development embodies the spirit of West Coast architecture not only through its form and clean lines, but also with its respect to the site and surrounding environment. The design transcends repetition with expansive roof overhangs that dramatically cut into the North Shore skyline and floor-to-ceiling windows that welcome the natural surroundings into homes. The objective of the development was to create the optimum design for high performance building combining low-rise wood frame construction with the use of building envelope systems. Seven35 is a first residential project in North America to offer Waste Water Heat Recovery System. This innovative waste-water heat technology contributed to the development being awarded two green building certifications: LEED platinum and Built Green gold.
