The revised rezoning proposal along Rochester Avenue in Coquitlam for 181 units receives support (2nd/ 3rd reading) from Council during the virtual Public Hearing held on January 25th.

The reduced scale of the proposal is responding to neighbours’ concerns for height and scale of the original design.
