Winner of the 2016 Canadian Wood Council Award for Multi-Unit Residential Wood Design, The Dominion is a 6-storey wood-frame building that recognizes the importance of Royal Avenue as one of the few grand boulevards in Greater Vancouver. It incorporates brick and timber elements to create a contemporary West Coast aesthetic that suits the historic context of New Westminster.
