The building’s design is a continuation of the West Coast architectural tradition of simple forms with clean lines, being respectful of the site and connecting residents with nature. The development is situated on a steep site, sloping along Come Lake Avenue by more than 4 meters. This grade change allows for a dynamic street elevation, with the building stepping down to follow the grade of the site, keeping a consistent street scale. The construction with SmartWoodTM technology, cross-laminated timber (CLT) panel construction, combined with QuietHomeTM technology exceeds industry standards in sustainability.
