ESCALA

Escala is a high-density residential development in Brentwood Town Centre, comprised of 42 storey high-rise designed by IBI Group and two mid-rise buildings designed by Integra Architecture.
Integra Architecture was also responsible for the overall site planning of this large scale project, multi-level underground parkade and an entrance courtyard with a unique water feature. Spanning approximately 70 feet, the curved “Wall of Water” creates a memorable first impression for the development. Spandrel glass panels with contrasting colours are used at all stairwell locations to create another interesting architectural feature. The two recently completed 6-storey wood-frame buildings provide 151 units including 7 two-level townhomes.
