PRECEDENCE – SOUTHGATE G218th Street, Burnaby, BC
In collaboration with the City of Burnaby, Ledingham McAllister and IBI , Integra Architecture is involved in the large scale development of Southgate Village Community and is responsible for six multi-family buildings. The Master Plan by IBI Group proposes to transform, over time, the former Safeway Distribution Site into a new community of neighbourhoods with diversity of housing types. Southgate will be comprised of distinct neighbourhood areas; Gateway, Island, Crescent, Ernie Winch, and Courtyard each contributing to the full community.
Precedence is located in the ‘Gateway’ Neighbourhood on site’s western edge. This 4-storey multi-family development will provide 63 units.
