Seasons is a contemporary 101-unit, 4-storey apartment building with 13 two-storey townhomes fronting Broadway and Lougheed Highway in Burnaby. The development is located in the vibrant Brentwood Town Centre neighbourhood, close to SkyTrain and a short walk to shops and neighbourhood amenities.

Seasons embodies contemporary west coast architectural style with wood accents and varied roof lines. The rhododendron was named Burnaby’s official flower in 1966 and the city established a rhododendron display garden at nearby Deer Lake Park. Every year, the municipality and the Burnaby Rhododendron & Gardens Society holds a festival to celebrate the shrubs that are planted extensively throughout the city.
