Green-Armytage House

116 E 23rd Street, North Vancouver

Green-Armytage House, circa 1909, at Lonsdale and West 23rd St., one of the oldest houses in the northern Lonsdale corridor, is a successful example of incorporating heritage into a new residential development.

Project involved retention, relocation and complete upgrade to current Building Code of the Heritage-listed United Lodge/former Mickey McDougall house in North Vancouver. The restoration and adaptive-reuse of materials were awarded with 2011 Residential Heritage Conservation Award.
