One of PassiveHouse Social events sponsored Passive House Canada took place at Integra’s nearly completed project in Whistler. The tour offered an opportunity to learn new insights about PH construction and connect with people in the industry. Melvin Lau from our office participated in organizing the tour and presentation of the “Passive House” construction and technologies used in the WHA PH employee rental apartment.

Utilizing Passive House building technology and use of the District Energy System, this new WHA building is anticipated to be approximately 50% more efficient than a new building that meets the BC Building Code. 

Integra focuses on raising awareness of the innovative#PassiveHouse standard.
