Our recently completed development, Belle Isle Townhomes was presented with 2022 Design Award of Excellence by the Advisory Design Panel that annually recognizes the best projects in District of North Vancouver.

Belle Isle is the fifth Integra’s project to be presented with this award. Other recognized developments included;  2018 COVO, 2016 Connect at Nature’s Edge, 2012 Legacy, and 2010 Vicinity Townhomes.

Belle Isle is a family community with eighty-eight townhomes located in the now developing Lions Gate Village near Lions Gate Bridge. Congratulation to Citimark and all the teams involved !
