AZURE AT SOUTHGATE – ISLAND 2

Azure, low rise garden apartments are part of Southgate City, 60-acre master-planned community in Burnaby. In collaboration with Ledingham McAllister and IBI Group, Integra Architecture is involved in the redevelopment of Southgate site formally Safeway distribution centre. The Master Plan by IBI Group proposes a transformation, over time, of the property into a new neighbourhood with diversity of housing types. Southgate will be comprised of 5 distinct neighbourhood areas, each contributing to the full community.

Southgate’s first construction phase is Azure — a 30-storey high-rise designed by IBI Group and a Integra’s Architecture 4-storey low-rise building located in the Island Neighbourhood. Azure low-rise will provide 53 market units.
