This development will be conveniently located close to Metrotown Mall, Edmonds Community Centre and Byrne Creek Ravine Park with Highland Park Trail. The currently vacant, 3.7 acre site is located at the corner of Southridge Drive and Byrnepark Drive and with a significant slope is challenging to develop.
As a public benefit, the updated proposal includes 20 affordable rental units; 3 studios,8 one-bedrooms and 9 two-bedrooms.
The City owned site will be sold to Polygon once its rezoning has been finalized.
The site is one of seven City-owned sites in Edmonds area. Four of those sites have been sold and developed.
