BYRNEPARK DEVELOPMENT

Currently under construction, the Byrnepark development includes one 5-storey, 102-unit apartment building and 44 three bedroom-townhomes.
Byrnepark is conveniently located close to Metrotown Mall, Edmonds Community Centre and Byrne Creek Ravine Park with Highland Park Trail. The site was one of seven City-owned sites in Edmonds area, which are being sold and developed with approved rezoning in place.
As a public benefit, the proposal includes 20 affordable rental units; 3 studios, 8 one-bedrooms and 9 two-bedrooms.
