Dwell is a 69-unit townhome community located in the family-oriented area in Coquitlam’s established Burquitlam neighbourhood.
The 7 buildings consisting of stacked townhomes above 2 levels of parking will include efficiently designed one bedroom garden flats to three bedroom townhomes.
The proximity to near Burquitlam SkyTrain Station and major roadways such as Clarke Road and Como Lake Ave will allow the homeowners to easily commute by car or public transit.
