GREEN

The development provides a total of 325 residences in four terraced, garden apartment buildings next to forested Byrne Creek Ravine Park. In addition to incorporating green building technologies and practices, the design minimizes the eco-footprint with landscaped courtyards, waterfalls, ponds and pathways that connect residents to more than 80 acres of parkland. Green also takes advantage of solar energy through the use of photovoltaic panels on the roofs to preheat water for the homes. At Green, all parking is underground, and the lobby of each building is accessed through a uniquely designed entrance.

Green was the first multi-unit condominium development in B.C. to be tested under the EnerGuide MURB (Multi-Unit Residential Building) protocol for energy efficiency. Working in conjunction with Power Smart and the Canadian Home Builders Association’s BC Built Green program, the development was the first to achieve Built Green Gold certification. Large indoor amenity, Seasons Club offers fitness room w cardio equipment, weights, yoga studio, infrared sauna, games-billiards room and entertainment lounge with outdoor patio.
