THE SHORE

The Shore is an innovative community of three 5 and 6 storey wood-frame buildings with 359 residential units. The development is located on the previously owned by the City of North Vancouver Works Yard site. A new site boundary along the Mosquito Creek provides a public path connecting to the Spirit Trail, creates new parkland for the city and eliminates restricted access to the creek. Through its use of the six-storey wood frame building form, The Shore recognizes the environmental value and economic viability of higher multi-residential wood frame building, setting the tone for the new and vibrant neighbourhood.
