FOUNDERS BLOCK SOUTH

This 56-unit townhouse project, developed under Moodyville DPA Guidelines, implemented the BC Energy Step Code (step 4) and LEED v4 design standard. It was intended to be a model for future townhouse developments in North Vancouver, providing a long term contribution to the reduction of energy use and higher level of comfort for residents. The design elements of West Coast Architecture have been incorporated into the development while taking into account the specific energy requirements similar to Passive House standard that was originally targeted.
