The development consists of 36 townhomes over a single level of underground parking. There is a mix of 4 level townhomes and 3 storey stacked townhouses over a single level of live-work units.
The site is located within the Moodyville Area, the ‘Neighbourhood Centre’, with a vision to incorporate ground level-retail opportunities along East 3rd Street in addition to residential development. The change in grade across the site allows for the building to be stepped across the site for maximum daylight penetration of the courtyard and concealment of the parking structure.

In many stacked townhome developments, open exterior stairs and raised courtyards are typically used to provide access to the homes. In this development, the units have been designed so that level courtyard access is provided to the front doors of all the units. This has the benefit of providing a more open courtyard with larger patio spaces and generous landscaping.

The project was designed to meet or exceed the City of North Vancouver’s Moodyville sustainability requirements for wood frame low rise developments.This development  targets the LEED Gold Certification requirement via the USGBC LEED for Homes Mid-Rise program.
