X61 MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
X61 is a 4-storey mixed-use development with over 7,000 square feet of retail space and 43 units. Windows, canopies, and brick base were designed to align with the exterior of adjacent buildings to maintain continuity of the street wall along Marine Drive. The residential portion above the commercial podium has been set back in order for retail to dominate Marine Drive. This stepping back of upper stories allows for landscape deck that serves as an amenity for the residents.
